Outdoor area
No matter what time of the year, Alpbach with its location in the midst of the Tyrolean Alps never fails to charm. In the “Village of Thinkers” great care is given to creating the right atmosphere for exchange, communication and spaces of retreat to delight in tranquillity.
During break time participants can take a stroll in the adjoining meadow or to the fountain which will be installed on the grass covered roof. The location will offer wonderful views of the mountains and the village with its buildings constructed in the unique wooden building style.
Sun terrace
The sun terrace is a great venue for work group gatherings or for coffee breaks and light outdoor lunch buffets. In winter delegates can take in the spectacular Alpbach mountain vistas from the terrace.
Forecourt
The forecourt is perfect for organising receptions or as a meeting point and is situated in close vicinity to "Thinkers Lane".
Delivery and garage
In accordance with the sustainable approach, Alpbach promotes transportation with public transport such as the free Regiobus services for guests overnighting in the region. As from early summer 2016 the new garage (approx. 115 parking spaces) will be able to cater for participants at one-day events.
Deliveries by exhibitors and suppliers to the seminar rooms are also planned via the garage.
